Friday between 7:30pm - 9pm

Our weekly group meditation is your time to connect with like minded souls. The group meet weekly on every Friday night between 7:30pm – 9pm.

Overview:

Meditating in a group is a great way to keep your practice regular, learn from others, share your knowledge and experience and be a part of a like-minded community.

Our evening begins with a short check-in and music in the background followed by a silent or guided meditation based on the teachings of Thay Thich Nhat Hanh. You will then enjoy a short break where you can make yourself a hot cuppa and savour the company of like minded souls. 

We will then spend the final 30 minutes

  • Reflecting on the past week
  • Setting intentions for the following week
  • Practicing gratitude
